I want to thank you for helping us with our diet. We went for our yearly check up/physicals and we are so healthy. Our blood work came out perfect, diabetic screening came out negative. Having a healthy and clean eating habit is so important in our daily lives. I had always been a stress eater. However, with this program, I’ve been able to cultivate that discipline not to eat anything that crosses my eyes. I am thankful to you, Coach Ayo.

I started weight loss before this challenge but I was focused on how many calories I put in and expend. Now I'm not as concerned, but very mindful of what I eat and how I eat it. Plus I've never seen my menses dis stressless..no cramps at all and the colour is so healthy I thought it was abnormal 🙈. I usually infused lemon and other fruits into the water I drink every day but this method with hot water to start the day is wayy better. I like how it suppresses hunger.
